About this event
Make this year's Christmas dinner the easy one. Join us for our Holiday Ham & Roasts class and learn how to glaze and heat a spiral-sliced ham, and how to season, cook and slice a bone-in ribeye roast (prime rib) so it's just right edge to edge. We'll also cover a bone-in pork roast, dry brining, internal temps and resting, plus a homemade horseradish sauce.
This is a live demo class, followed by samples of the ham, the prime rib and holiday sides. Every guest goes home with our Holiday Ham & Roasts handout.
