Adult Absolute Beginner Ballet

About this event

This class is designed for individuals with no prior experience that are curious about ballet. We will focus on the foundations, basic positions, body alignment, steps and terminology in a fun and supportive environment. We set our own pace so you can feel comfortable and have a clear understanding in our minds and on our bodies.
