Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga takes traditional yoga to a whole new level! We will perform many of the same poses you may recognize from yoga class, only with the added support of the aerial hammock. We will learn some aerial hammock skills and choreographed flows we have developed. To learn more hammock skills, check out our Aerial Hammock Class! Although we will rely on the arms and hands for support, superior upper body strength is not required. You will work from where you are! Everyone can do something in this class. And if you stick with it, you will grow stronger every class. Dress in comfortable, fitted clothing. We will practice in bare feet. As with all our classes, gum is not permitted.
